Easy Light Moist Salmon

Salmon is a deli­cious fish, but it can some­times get dry when cooked. This recipe is amaz­ing because it makes for a light moist salmon, that is deli­cious and not dry at all. In addi­tion, the sauce has a light sweet taste that kids love. All around a great way for the whole fam­i­ly to enjoy salmon! Plus, the recipe is extreme­ly easy to make!

Instruc­tions
  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, hon­ey, minced gar­lic and minced ginger.This is the sauce.
  2. Place the salmon and the sauce in a Ziploc bag. Put the Ziploc bag in the fridge for 30 min­utes.

  3. Pre­heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahren­heit.
  4. Place the salmon on alu­minum foil on a pan or dish that goes in the oven. Bake for 20 min­utes. Half-way through bak­ing, add some of the left­over sauce from the Ziploc bag to the salmon.

  5. About 5 min­utes before the salmon is done bak­ing, put the remain­der of the left­over sauce from the Ziploc bag in a pot. Let it boil on the stove for about 3 min­utes.
  6. When the salmon is done, take it out of the oven. Driz­zle the sauce you just boiled on the salmon. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

I rec­om­mend using wild-caught salmon. The king salmon is par­tic­u­lar­ly good.
