Easy Nutella® Puff Pastry Rolls

Nutel­la® is to French kids as Peanut But­ter is to Amer­i­can kids. There are so many deli­cious recipes for Nutel­la® pas­tries. I like this French recipe for Nutel­la® Puff Pas­try Rolls as the rolls are so easy to make that kids can make them them­selves! So fun! And of course, deli­cious for kids and adults alike!

1 Puff Pas­try
2 Table­spoons of Nutel­la®
2 Table­spoons of Shred­ded Coconut

You can find Puff Pas­try in any US gro­cery store. I find that the puff pas­try that most resem­ble the French one is from the Dufour Brand. You can find it in organ­ic stores or online. It looks like this:

Making the Puff Pastry Rolls

Step 1: Pre­heat oven to 350 degrees Fahren­heit. Roll out the puff pas­try on parch­ment paper and make a rec­tan­gu­lar shape. Spread Nutel­la® on the puff pas­try, and sprin­kle the shred­ded coconut all over it. Roll it tight­ly.

Step 2: Put the rolled-up dough in the freez­er for 30 min­utes.

Step 3: Cut the roll in slices, and put the slices on a bak­ing pan cov­ered with parch­ment paper.

Step 4: Bake for 15–20 min­utes. Let the rolls cool down, and enjoy!
