French Crunchy Almond Tart

This deli­cious French crunchy almond tart is very easy-to-make, and sure to please all almond lovers! It is very sweet, and crunchy like a very sweet gra­nola bar, but with almonds only. Prepa­ra­tion is a breeze and bak­ing time is only 15 min­utes! It does not get much eas­i­er to make a French dessert that will impress your guests and your kids!

French Crunchy Almond Tart Recipe

This French recipe is from a friend of mine. You can either make your own tart crust, or buy a sweet pie crust from the store.

Instruc­tions
  1. Pre­heat oven to 350 degrees Fahren­heit. Once the oven is at the right tem­per­a­ture, bake your tart crust in the oven for 10 min­utes. (Note: in this step, you are bak­ing the crust alone, with noth­ing on it.)
  2. Melt the but­ter. (Note: you can melt it by just putting it in the microwave for 1 minute.)
  3. In a big bowl, mix the almond slices, raw cane sug­ar, melt­ed but­ter, cream and hon­ey.
  4. Pour the mix­ture in the pre-baked tart crust.

  5. Bake in oven for 15 min­utes. (Note: this time, you are bak­ing the crust with the fill­ing in it.) Let it cool down. Enjoy! I rec­om­mend eat­ing it cold.
