These maple syrup cookies are delicious and very easy to make. The recipe is originally a French “sablés” cookies recipe. I added an American touch with the maple syrup to make these perfect cookies to enjoy any time of day, with tea or coffee, or as an after-school snack for your kids. Enjoy!
Note: These being maple syrup cookies, I chose a cookie cutter in the shape of a leaf. There are some really fun cookie cutters you can chose for these cookies, you can even get a maple leaf cookie cutter, which would be perfect for this recipe.
