Enjoy the last peaches of the season with a peach tart! This peach tart with a cream filling is very easy to make, and very satisfying. Plus, I love that you can arrange peach slices in such a way as to make it pretty!

Recipe

This being a tart, you will need a tart crust. View my recipe for a French tart crust here. You can also use the tart crust I made for my heavenly French strawberry tart (recipe here). If you don’t have the time, you can buy a sweet pie crust at the store. You will need a tart pan.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Get the tart/pie crust dough to fit your pan (unroll it, and remove any extra dough). It is a good idea to place parchment under the dough. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. (Note: we are only baking the tart crust at this point).

  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the eggs, cream, and sugar.
  3. Cut the peaches in half, and remove the pit. Slice the peaches in thin slices. See picture.
