Almond Raspberry Tartlets

These almond rasp­ber­ry tartlets are deli­cious and they look amaz­ing. They are also very quick and easy to make. The per­fect sweet treat for your guests, served as an appe­tiz­er or a dessert.

You can buy tart­let shells at your gro­cery store, which makes the tartlets even eas­i­er to make. If you pre­fer to make home­made shells, you can use my recipe for tart crust and tart­let pans. I used these short­bread tart­let shells:

The recipe for the almond fill­ing is from French pas­try chef Eric Kayser. I just added rasp­ber­ries to make almond rasp­ber­ry tartlets.

Instruc­tions
  1. Pre­heat oven to 350 degrees Fahren­heit. In a mix­ing bowl, mix the almond flour, soft­ened but­ter, gran­u­lat­ed sug­ar and 1 egg, until you get a creamy mix­ture.

  2. Pour the creamy mix­ture into your tart­let shells and add 1 rasp­ber­ry on top of each shell. Place the tartlets on a bak­ing pan cov­ered with parch­ment paper.

  3. Bake for 15 min­utes. Enjoy warm or cold.
