Instruc­tions
  1. Pre­heat oven to 350 degrees Fahren­heit. In a mix­ing bowl, mix the almond flour, soft­ened but­ter, gran­u­lat­ed sug­ar and 1 egg, until you get a creamy mix­ture.
  2. Pour the creamy mix­ture into your tart­let shells and add 1 rasp­ber­ry on top of each shell. Place the tartlets on a bak­ing pan cov­ered with parch­ment paper.
  3. Bake for 15 min­utes. Enjoy warm or cold.
