Boursin® Mushrooms

Boursin® Mush­rooms are a great idea for using French Boursin® cheese to make a fun and tasty appe­tiz­er or side dish. The idea is to stuff mush­rooms with Boursin® cheese, and bake them in the oven. Extreme­ly easy, and deli­cious!

Ingredients

Boursin® cheese is fair­ly easy to find in the US. I use the Boursin® with gar­lic and fine herbs. You can find it in most gro­cery stores. Cost­co and Wal­mart sell it, among oth­ers. You can also buy it online:

I like to use the brown whole Baby Bel­la Mush­rooms to cre­ate a con­trast of col­ors between the brown mush­rooms and the white cheese.

Instruc­tions
  1. Pre­heat oven to 350 degrees Fahren­heit.
  2. Wash the mush­rooms and remove the stems. Remov­ing the stems is easy, just pull them out with your hand.
  3. Place the mush­rooms upside-down on a bak­ing pan cov­ered with parch­ment paper.

  4. Using a spoon, fill the inside of the mush­rooms with Boursin® cheese.
  5. Bake for 10 min­utes. Enjoy warm.
