Instruc­tions
  1. Pre­heat oven to 390 degrees Fahren­heit.
  2. Melt the but­ter until it becomes brown in col­or.
  3. Mix the all pur­pose flour, sug­ar, almond flour, and egg whites. Add the melt­ed but­ter, and mix again until well-blend­ed.
  4. Pour the dough into the cav­i­ties of the pan (make sure you but­ter them first to pre­vent the financiers from stick­ing to the pan.) Add the rasp­ber­ries.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15–20 min­utes.
  6. Let the Financiers cool down. Sprin­kle with gran­u­lat­ed sug­ar, and eat cold. Enjoy!
