Easy and Fun Tarte Soleil
This is a beau­ti­ful sun­burst tart. Very easy to make , and so fun!

Instruc­tions
  1. Pre­heat oven to 350 degrees Fahren­heit.
  2. Roll out 1 puff pas­try. Using a rolling pin, make a cir­cle. Take a glass and press it upside down onto the dough, in the cen­ter of your cir­cle (this is just to make an impres­sion, do not let it cut through the dough.) This is the imprint for the cen­ter of your sun­burst.
  3. Spread mas­car­pone, place the slices of turkey, and sprin­kle with cheese all around, avoid­ing the cen­ter. Sea­son with salt and pep­per.
  4. Cov­er with the sec­ond puff pas­try. Make your sec­ond puff pas­try the same size and shape as the first one. With an upside down glass, again make the imprint for the cen­ter of the sun­burst. With a knife, cut the rays.
  5. Twist every ray of sun­burst about 3 times. (Be care­ful not to break any ray.)
  6. With a pas­try brush, cov­er with egg yolk.
  7. Bake in oven for 35 min­utes. Enjoy!
