Instruc­tions
  1. Pre­heat oven to 350 degrees Fahren­heit. Rinse the plums. Cut them in half and remove the pits. Turn them around (skin up), and slice thin slices. (See pic­ture).
  2. In a mix­ing bowl, mix the eggs, egg yolks, almond flour, all pur­pose flour, and sug­ar, until you have a smooth tex­ture. Add the cream, and mix again.
  3. In a shal­low bak­ing dish, place the plum slices. Pour the bat­ter over the plums. Sprin­kle with sliced almonds.
  4. Bake for 45 min­utes. Let it cool down. Enjoy luke­warm or cold. (I per­son­al­ly like it best cold!).
